1 Review from the ApartmentAdvisor Community
This building is not to Code as to Electrical, Plumbing and Construction (rotting wood that is also collapsing and dangerous.with Termite infestation, other insects such as Black Widows, etc). Air Conditioning has not worked since we have lived here, gets extremely hot. Very poor ventilation, and you can smell ciggarette smoke, and pot smoke coming into your Apartment. There is no Fresh Air. Close to Broadway with a lot of noise from traffic, and sirens, as well as crimminals who can jump the fence. Electrical shortouts (and being overcharged for Electric (this is true in all Apartments). Refrigerator and Dishwasher does not work. Poor Lighting. Ceiling in Bathroom collapsing and leaking sewage. Carpet Rotting. Other areas on cieliens cracking. Weeds growing out of corner of carpet. Bad black mold. Plumbing not to code. Trash Bins get full, are open, and there is negligence as to pick-up (very unhealthy). Trashy all over. Parking lots cracked and holes (cheap asphalt repair which tracked everyehere inside and ruined carpet even more). High Drug usage and crime. Manager before was a Drug Dealer and user. Present Manager never around There have been Code complaints made before, They have property on south Side of Tucson also that was almost condemned for Code Violations. Pictures submitted only are a small example of the problems with this apartment ! These people are Slumlords !!!

Apartment tips from residents
Look around and be very careful. Talk to residents. Word gets around about good apartments, and bad. There are a lot of Slumlords here in Tucson that rip off tennants, and they get away with it. City Code Enforcement is negligent, and the Courts are corrupt and do not hold these slumlords accountable.
