1 Review from the ApartmentAdvisor Community
"Living in Skyline 1801 Apartments"
For two years I lived in the Skyline 1801 Apartments. Overall, I had a positive experience living in the community and would have likely stayed at least one more year, except for a change in jobs that forced me to leave the city.
There were many amenities that I liked about the apartment community. One of the primary benefits was the location. The community was located in the center of the action of Denver and made it easy for me to get to a Rockies game, local bars and restaurants, and work. The build also offered a lot of modern amenities including modern kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliance, wood floors, and balconies that provided pretty great view. The building's lobby was also very modern looking, which was impressive when I had guests over.
The only downside to the apartment building was the cost, which seemed to be more expensive than some of the other communities in the area. However, while the price per square foot seemed higher than elsewhere, it seemed that you may just be paying for additional luxuries that you cannot find everywhere else in the city.
