Income must be 3x the rent and must be verified with paystubs, bank accounts, or taxes. 6. Income Verification with bank account authorization through Experian must be completed (additional details are available regarding this process, if requested. 7. Must be able to pay deposit & admin fee of $150 per applicant, within 24 hours of signing lease. 8. If selected as a resident, the tenant is required to send virtual walk through pictures when requested, required every 4-6 months (similar to a landlord walk through) 9. We do not accept Housing Vouchers. 10. Pet Deposit is $250 per pet, $25/mo pet rent. Breed Restrictions apply. 11. Must be able to start lease within 30 days of signing. We do not hold properties more than 30 days. 12. Application fees will not be refunded if applicant is suspected of identity theft or giving fraudulent information or documents.
