Should a co signer be required please note the qualifications: Must submit an applicaiton Credit score of 625 or Higher No Evictions, Bankruptcy, or Foreclosures on File No Felonies within 7 years Meet income requirements and have garnishable income If approved, must be willing to sign lease as financial guarantor Income • Net combined income of applicants in excess of 2.5 times monthly rent (or 3 times gross) is required to rent the unit being applied for. Income from employment is required – a minimum of 1 month.
