Beaches, medical facilities, interstate, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a 2nd floor unit with a spacious balcony and beautiful water views! Perfect for those moments you want to relax for a while. Some utilities are included - gas for your heating, hot water and cooking, as well as water are included. You are responsible for electricity. Coin operated laundry on site. Application fee is $50 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit is equal to one months rent minus our one time, non-refundable $350.00 Administrative Fee. Small pets allowed with some weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a onetime, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet. Please note: -We only do in person showings. -Applications cannot be submitted until the property has been seen in person. -To schedule a showing please select from one of our available show times. If you are unable to select a time then the showings have all been booked for that day. -Once you have scheduled a showing you will receive another confirmation from ShowMojo when the showing time gets closer.
