Downstairs Riverview Two Bedroom Apartment - Live in the quiet Riverview neighborhood! This downstairs unit has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It has off-street parking in front and takes dogs (no cats). $200 non-refundable pet deposit and $35/month, per pet. Students ok with references, but no smokers. Tenants pay $40/month per person for W/S/T. More photos coming soon. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $40 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address.
