I can't wait to see my contract terminated. It is hard to deal with all this problems that this community has. It's full of students that don't know what respect is and so they play loud music at every moment during nights and weekends. It is also hard to handle the weed and garbage smell. I could also complain about the thing that makes me sick about this place"¦ Well, it is a source of infection given that at every step I take I need to watch out for dog poop/pee or bugs. It is completely insane to pay for such an apartment.
From now on I will take into consideration all the advices and reviews, anything that can help me make an idea about what's actually happening in places that I'm interested in. The best example that I can give you is that after reading every helpful page about this community I still didn't believe it and I moved in anyway. It is horrible. The noise is almost unbearable. If it's not from outside for sure it's from my neighbors. I definitely don't recommend this to sensitive people or with stressful lives. In terms of safety, the elevators and security systems are not exactly a sure bet and the cleaning on this property is disappointing. I thought I could endure all of this but since I've discovered some living creatures like mice and bugs I decided to move out as soon as possible.
"Not my luckiest choice"
It's a mixture of good and bad stuff what I have to say about this place. Amenities like gym, indoor and outdoor pool, volleyball and tennis spaces exist, but it's hard to use them since the dirt covered all of them. I complained about this at the office staff which seems very nice and they promised that they will keep this in mind and try to fix the problems. Of course, nothing of this has changed. And I know that the reason is the management team for not approving this. My apartment is really spacious and offers me a nice view, but sadly another series of things failed here: the windows leak all the time so there's just a waste of money on the heat or cool; the furniture and couches are too big even for my apartment and that is reducing my freedom of movement.
"Nice and cozy place"
I've found here people from all around the world. It made me happy to know that I live in such a diversified community. Even if it's not luxurious at all, the apartment is really cozy and brings a lot of good vibes. I'm happy that I've found this pet-friendly place because that's how I was able to keep my two dogs with me. Really well located from universities and hospitals and with easy access to major highways. I think that Forum deserves the $700 that I pay monthly for all this benefits that I have.
