"I don't understand where the problems that other people mentioned lately are..."
I've seen that many people use to complain about this community, but for me it's the best I could get at this price. Recently I renewed my lease, because the previous one was for a short term just to make sure that this place suits me. And it did. It is pet friendly and it even has a dog park at our disposal. The location is great, near to some major access points such as l-71, l-270, and Rt. 23, and also close to shopping centers or dining and entertainment places. Usually, I spend my free weekends at the pool or around the picnic area.
"With a little help from the staff things get better"
It wasn't all sunny, but at least I've seen some decent employees that tried to do their best. I was so lucky with the staff who has been over the top with helping me move in. I will be forever grateful for that. My apartment looks really nice and it is perfect for me and my husband, even if we have some problems with the features. The dishwasher broke twice in the last two months, and the AC stops working exactly when we need it the most, but this is it. Nothing is perfect, but at least we do have the maintenance service at our disposal to take care of that.
"No professional staff + no updates=not satisfied"
I can't believe how lazy and rude the staff is. I was waiting for my visit tour and I asked if someone can let the manager know that I'm here, and I caught some young lady imitating me. I should have left in that moment but I was really desperate in finding a place to move in. After that, when I've seen the apartment I was shocked by the old carpets and the paint that is almost falling off the walls. Also, I've seen a bug going under the carpet so I freaked out only thinking about my health. When I brought the discussion on another topic of interest, which was the garage, they told me they don't have any available. It was fair enough saying no to this unkempt place, even if I must admit the landscape is gorgeous at Fieldstone Trace.
"Yeah, this was such an uninspired choice"
I must confess, this place was an uninspired choice. I had so many options and I ruined one year of my life by living here. Extremely noisy neighbors, I could never talk to them about the usual needs of someone who works all day, and gets home at night when the only thing they want to do is relax, not being bombarded with music or screams. Anyway, this was not my only problem: the staff always pretended to have other important things to take care of. I've never heard them warn someone for making clamor. Some other things on this black list are for sure the garbage disposal and the grounds which are not kept clean, like never! God, is it so hard to show some respect for yourself, if not for the other residents? I couldn't endure it anymore, so I left the place. Stay away, guys!
