"Still loving it after 2 years"
I live in Charleston 220, in one of the cheapest two bedrooms apartment you can find around here. After 2 years of living in this place, I still love the surroundings and the people. With our own patio, two bathrooms, a large living room and a storage space our life became almost perfect. I remember even now how helpful the personnel was when we first moved in. They never changed their attitude and I think that's a big plus for the way we feel here. Sometimes the place gets a little noisy because of the parties or just the random talks you can hear from your neighbor's apartment. I am crazy about sports, so the tennis court, the gym and pool are perfect people like me and not only.
"Had the year of my life here"
Honestly, I don't know about the others but I had the year of my life here at Remington Station. Close to everything, no scandals or loud parties. When I had an emergency, I called the maintenance service and they fixed the problem immediately. It is pet friendly, I see that many of the people that live here own a dog, and I'm impressed with the fact that the grounds are kept clean despite this. The staff is noticing us about everything that happens in the community and they make sure we are satisfied about the services we are getting. I recommend to all of you to speak with the manager if you're concerned about something. My only recommendation for this place would be to make sure that the parking is more secured, I've heard there were some car breaks and it would better if they would increase their security system.
The reason why I do not recommend Remington Station: it is way too expensive compared with the other apartments from the area. Trust me when I say this because I am one of the people that lived here for a few years and I already know everything that moves around. I've seen too many young couples that couldn't afford all of this and they had to leave the place after a year or even sooner. I would give anything to move out of here, but sadly, I am forced to stick around a little bit longer because of my job. Choose wisely before you sign the lease.
"Good location, bad conditions"
This is such a convenient community due to its location. Right in the neighborhood you will find schools, banks, entertainment places, restaurants and many more. You're going to ask me, where's the disadvantage? Well, your money is not going to stay in your pockets for sure. The water and energy bills go beyond expectations, way too expensive in my opinion. The comfort you get is not the one you would expect considering the money you pay monthly. The apartments have big issues with the windows. That's how you're going to have leaks and even bugs. Not the safest place I know and definitely not the most reasonable price to pay for what it offers.
