1 Review from the ApartmentAdvisor Community
"Average, Over Priced, Mid 1980's"
This place needs some updates. They pull their comps from the area so they try to justify their price. The places across the street are wood floors and stainless appliances. This place has vinyl floors, and outdated AC units, and appliances. Expect foundation issues as well as constant repairs. Also make sure to check their work because often times you will find that they just put a band aid over something and have not really repaired it. I get constant flooding near my apartment even though they have apparently fixed it. Poor parking. Everyone in the community must have 4 cars because if you try to find a 2nd parking space at 9pm good luck. They don't allow for more than 1 covered parking and most people end up parking on the street. This entire community needs to be managed differently. They need to replace windows with up to date (no single pane any more) and appliances need to be updated not just constantly repaired to where they kinda work. My stove has 3 burners that work. Also no washer dryer connections. They refuse to replace it because is still technically works. Over all it’s kinda worth the money but their rent is listed way too high for what their value is.
Stayed 2012 to 2016, lived with family in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment
