"Many of my colleagues live in this complex."
I've lived here for about one year now and there's nothing wrong with this place. The staff is okay and they don't have too many rules, which makes our lives easier. I share a two bedroom apartment with a colleague and we are satisfied with the way it looks. We have a dishwasher, a microwave, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, vaulted ceiling, and some of the expenses included in the rent price. The air conditioning broke last summer, but the maintenance service fixed the issue really quickly. Also, the internet works fast.
"It looks fine, but not awesome, so the rent should decrease"
I liked the community a lot, it has many green areas, and the grounds are well kept. Even so, I think that $400 deposit is just too much, considering the high rent I'm going to pay each month also. The apartments here have some great views over the lake and the city. It would have been really nice to move here, but it's just not possible for the moment. I would suggest to this complex to reassess their prices because I don't think that students can afford that amount of money. Not even with the water, sewer and trash removal included in the rent it's not profitable.
"Great location and amenities"
This feels like the perfect place for me since it is located really close to my University and also, it takes me just a few minutes to get to coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment places. I have pretty much everything I need here: gym, sauna, electric heat and central air conditioning inside the apartments, and much more, but the rent is just too high. After this year I will be out of here, and that's really a shame. Imagine that for my studio I pay over $900/month. This is too much even for me. Still, if you have the money, you should give it a try.
"Only young people here"
I lived there for three years but I left as soon as I had the possibility. The manager at that time had no idea what to do and how to do it. She did not even try to understand how things worked there, she just imposed her new rules. Rules that of course where only for some of us. Anyway, my biggest problems was the rent which increased year by year until it stopped being advantageous at all to still be living there. Most of the people that lived there were students, and it was very hard for me to deal with all their parties and loud music.
