"ALL THEY HAD TO SAY & I WAS FINDING EXCUSES TO LEAVE!!"
A rental CORPORATION who REFUSES to ask anyone for a simple SECURITY DEPOSIT is a horrible way to do business.
DO NOT allow a years lease with any CORPORATION to make decisions about your future credit. Repeating... NEVER DO THIS!!
If you don't have enough $ to pay a DEPOSIT don't plan to move.
Those who care so little about who will be CHECKING their credit history in the future won't even understand these simple words.
Sunshine=BAD (maybe that'd be a more understandable way of saying this)
It takes so very little to ACCEPT money to secure the possibility of being sued. So with that said "why refuse to charge a SECURITY DEPOSIT?"
answer--- A rental corporation who plans to sue YOU for thousands, LEGALLY!!
