This is a three bedroom two bath house which is 1326 sq. ft. This home has been freshly painted, and has new carpet and flooring. Water/sewer, electricity, gas, and trash are all included in the rent. This home comes with refrigerator and stove. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washer/dryer. There is no dishwasher in the house. This home has central heating and a swamp cooler for cooling. No pets allowed. Plenty of space to park. If your application is processed and after viewing the unit, you decide it isn’t right for you, we will refund your application fee. <br><br> All applications are reviewed on a case by case basis and the basic rental criteria include: <br><br> You have verifiable income that is at least three times the monthly rent. <br><br> You have at least a 650 credit score. (ANY eviction or utility collection accounts on your report will result in denial, regardless of the length of time or if it has been paid off.) <br><br> Overall positive rental references, if applicable. <br><br> One year on your job or within the same industry if relocating.
