Minimum combined average credit score of 600 required. A lower credit score may be accepted but is based on credit report details (see application instructions for details). Security deposit is typically $1,500 but is based on overall application score (see application instructions for details). Pets are not permitted. This is a non-smoking unit. An additional $25/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes keyless property access, resident portal access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits.
