All utilities will be on your portal. • Tenant Benefit Package of $39 includes Wi-Fi, insurance waiver, and positive credit reporting • Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required. • Lease Terms: 6-12 months. • On-site Parking: None Application Requirements: • 650 minimum credit score • Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount. • Positive rental history • Cosigners are welcome.
