Rent is $1900 a month for May-Oct (tenant is responsible for electric); Rent is $2800 a month for Nov-April (Electric included) Water/Sewer, Trash, Lawn, Basic Cable, and Basic Internet are INCLUDED! Walk up to the second floor, which features the open living areas and a ½ bath. Check out the gulf view from the large windows, which also allows natural sunlight in! Large kitchen with eat-in area, ample cabinet and countertop space and skylight. Head up to the third floor, to find 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The gulf view from the Master Bedroom is priceless! You can also find a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor for tenants’ use. A carport big enough for two cars. This neighborhood offers a community pool & spa, clubhouse with games and a fitness center, tennis courts and a small private beach. You can bring a kayak and put in on the private beach or right off the back of the home – kayak around the gulf to all the beaches nearby! Bike to Sunset beach (1 mile) or Fred Howard Beach (1.3 miles.) Other beaches and the Tarpon Sponge Docks are just a short drive away! Lease must start within 15 days of application approval. How much is the security deposit for the home? It is usually equal to one month’s rent and is due within 24 hours of application approval to hold the property. The security deposit may be higher based upon credit/rental history. How do I submit an application for this home? You may fill out and submit an online application on our website, Applications are processed in order of receipt. Is there an application fee? Yes, there is a $40.00 application fee for each person aged 18 or over who will be residing in the home. Once approved we require first months rent, security deposit, $150 tenant lease processing fee and $250 cleaning fee. Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions or fees? This property does NOT allow pets! What are the requirements for the home? We run a credit and criminal background check on all our applicants. NO evictions, YES we do check. No money owed to another landlord or apartment community for any reason. Your monthly net income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. You must have verifiable income.
