Terms and Rent Details: - Application Fee: $40 per adult - Security Deposit: $1,000 - Pet Policy: - Cats allowed - Small dogs allowed (with breed restrictions) - Pet application required and can be submitted through [PetScreening]) - Applicants will be subject to fees for the pet application through PetScreening - No monthly pet rent.
