Beaches, medical facilities, interstate, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a 1st floor unit with a spacious, covered patio! Perfect for those moments you want to relax for a while. Some utilities are included - gas for your heating, hot water and cooking, as well as water are included. You are responsible for electricity. Coin operated laundry on site. Available for immediate move in! Application fee is $50 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit is equal to one months rent minus our one time, non-refundable $350.00 Administrative Fee. Small pets allowed with some weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a onetime, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet. Please note: -We only do in person showings. -Applications cannot be submitted until the property has been seen in person. -To schedule a showing please select from one of our available show times.
