All pets must be up to date with the mandated vaccines or vet required medicines. No aggressive dogs will be permitted at the community and the management reserves the right to request dogs and cats be interviewed per person during the resident's application or stay at the community. Pets must remain in the apartment unless on a leash accompanied by a pet owner. The pet parks are intended to be the only area where dogs area allowed off leash within the community. Pets may not be left on a patio or balcony without supervision by the pet's owner.
