Listed below are a few keys items to remember: No alternations or additions to the exterior, including landscape changes and satellite dishes, are permitted without prior written consent of Heatherwood Management. Charges may be applied if alterations or additions are made without written consent. Keeps all toys, outside furniture, bicycles, etc. off lawns and out of planting beds, and stored properly, to allow for proper landscaping. Do not hang anything off balconies. Keep patios and balconies clutter free. Mops, clothes, rugs, etc. must not be shaken from balconies or windows. Dirt, debris, or water must not be swept over the edge of any balcony. Planters, and flower boxes are allowed and must be secured and well maintained so that there is no danger of them falling. Bird feeders are not allowed.
