Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, and any mix of these breeds. The following animals are strictly prohibited: reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, and insects. These restrictions apply to both residents and guests.”
