LLC specializes in completely turn-key furnished accommodations with flexible lease terms; just a 30-day minimum and you don't have to know your departure date when you book. Our Proven process works. We have it down to a science. Rates Vary seasonally. More specifically available apartments at 30-day minimum. $175 cleaning/prep fee $500 reservation/security deposit Application Fee: $75.00 for the 1st occupant and $50.00 for each occupant thereafter. To secure a reservation, the application must be completed and the fee paid. Gate pass and fitness/pool pass included. The spaces we offer are “living ready” - Just Bring Your Suitcase (TM). One payment covers everything including TV/Wifi, cookware, linens and everything else. Corporate and Individual leases are welcome. CLEAN Guarantee: If you don’t agree that your accommodations are clean upon arrival we will refund your cleaning fee.
