Here you will find a comfortable seating arrangement with a couch and two chairs. Just beyond this space is the dining room. Here you will find a large dining table with seating for six people, and a beautiful decorative fireplace. Conveniently located next to the kitchen, this dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal or to entertain! The kitchen has been recently updated to include plenty of cabinet space, gorgeous countertops, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with seating for four. There also is a large pantry where you will find the washer/dryer! Just off of the kitchen is the elegant living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a Smart TV! There is also a bathroom off of this space for your convenience. From the living room you can access the back deck and yard through the back door. The deck is the perfect place to bring your dining alfresco and the large backyard is fully fenced in! Also on the first floor is the Master Suite. This space offers ultimate relaxation with a King size bed, and luxurious en suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and gorgeous tile shower! Upstairs you will find the third living space complete with a sectional sofa, perfect for lounging, Smart TV, and peloton bike! The three bedrooms and additional full bathroom are located on this level. Two of the bedrooms feature Queen size beds, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom is set up as a home office with a desk and chair, but also has a twin size day bed to accommodate overnight guests! Parking for three cars is available in the driveway! There is also plenty of free street parking in front of the home. Small dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee! In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $550 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus
