We welcome cats/dogs. There’s a 30 lbs weight limit. 1 Dog or 2 Cats Max Limit per Apartment. Breed restrictions apply. $250 Pet Deposit (1st Pet), $100 Pet Deposit (2nd Pet), $100 One Time Pet Fee. Monthly Pet Rent is $25/per pet.Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. The tenant pays all other utilities.Resident Screening Criteria: First Come First Serve, Good Credit History, 2.5 X Monthly Rent in Verifiable Gross Income (Combined), Verifiable Good Rental History.
