This property has central air, washer and dryer hookups, a nice deck in the back of the home, and a one car detached garage. Tenant is responsible for all lawn care and for providing their own window units. Renters insurance required. Utilities: Tenant pays electric, gas, water and sewage. Pets: Accepts cats & small dogs (under 25 lbs fully grown), 2 pets max. Breed restrictions apply. Pet fees are nonrefundable with a one-time fee of $150 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet.
