A tree lined grassy park on Comm Ave and the Chestnut Hill Reservoir are also a short walk away. Neighborhood sticker and free street parking surrounding the apartment building. There is a private deck with a door that leads right into the apartment. Pretty easy commute to downtown Boston. There are friendly neighbors and laundry in the building. Rent includes heat and hot water. Cats and dogs are ok. Owner requires 1st month's rent and 1 month security deposit. There is a 1 month broker fee. Available for a July 1st lease start date.
