There are services to all downtown Boston routes and Longwood area. Regency is 5 miles from downtown Boston and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, Logan Airport, sporting events and shopping centers. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. The units have hardwood parquet floors, huge closets; built in A/C wall units in every room. All units (excluding studio units) have balconies. Units are internet and cable ready. Other amenities include elevator, in-house laundry facility, live-in superintendent, and on site maintenance staff.
